Virtus Insignia is seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant in the financial services sector, particularly in insurance and investment portfolios.

You are required to assist Manager on his day to day activities, and play a key role in managing daily operations, administration, task coordination and support functions for Virtus Insignia, a team representing Insignia, a Group representing Infinity Financial Advisory Pte Ltd.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and harmonious environment. Being resourceful, proactive and meticulous are key traits required for this role.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in financial advisory, insurance or investment-related support roles
  • Strong working knowledge of financial products, compliance processes & admin procedures
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) / Google Workspace / Canva. Ability to use CapCut for simple video‑editing and social media management will be bonus
  • Excellent organization, multitasking ability and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proactive, resourceful, high attention to detail and able to work independently
