Job Description
- Provide high level administrative and operational support to director.
- Manage personal calendar, coordinate meetings, ensure all appointments are properly scheduled and prioritized.
- Perform translation of documents and interpret accurately between English and Mandarin, vice versa.
- Act as translator in the meeting involving Mandarin speaking business partners, clients or investors.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangement of director and his family, including flight booking, visa application, accommodations and transportation.
- Attend to director family members’ education/medical matters.
- Manage expenses, invoices and reimbursements.
- Support administrative functions as and when assigned.
Job Specification
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and fast‑paced work environment.
- Good command of English and Mandarin, in order to perform translation duties and to liaise with Mandarin speaking business partners and stakeholders.
