Job Description
  • Provide high level administrative and operational support to director.
  • Manage personal calendar, coordinate meetings, ensure all appointments are properly schedule and prioritized.
  • Perform translation of document and interpret accurately between English and Mandarin, vice versa.
  • Act as translator in the meeting involving Mandarin speaking business partners, clients or investors.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangement of director and his family, include flight booking, visa application, accommodations and transportation.
  • Attend to director family members’ education/ medical matters
  • Manage expenses, invoices and reimbursements
  • Support administrative functions as and when assigned.
Job Specification
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast pace work environment.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, in order to perform translation duties and to liaise with Mandarin speaking business partners and stakeholders
  • High level of discretion and interpersonal maturity
  • Able to response quickly and handle emergencies involving director and his family.
  • Proficient in MS Office
