Role Overview

As a Permanent Part-Time Fulfilment Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately, packed properly, and handed over smoothly to the right drivers. This is a hands‑on role, suitable for someone who enjoys being organised, detail‑oriented, and working in a cheerful team environment.

✅ Mid‑career switchers, mature candidates, and return‑to‑work applicants are welcome. Training is provided.

📍 Location: Ubi, Singapore
đź—“ Work Days: 3 days/week (Fixed schedule)
⏰ Working Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm (or flexible by mutual agreement)
đź’° Salary: from $1,400/month + CPF (Permanent Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling and processing e‑commerce orders from our online store.
  • Style and prepare balloon orders according to customer customisations and campaign themes.
  • Inflate, layer, arrange, and finish balloons (including ribboning, tying, and weight prep).
  • Check and match orders to the correct delivery drivers.
  • Ensure all styled and fulfilled orders are packed and ready for dispatch.
  • Prepare orders for collection and delivery, including packing them into carriers.
  • Prepare artworks for collection and delivery.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in order checking.
  • Support the team with general fulfilment tasks and order preparation.
  • Learn and gradually take on more responsibilities over time.
