Job Descriptions

Perform Human Resource tasks, include:

1) Recruitment - Interview job applicants, review applications/resume, evaluate applicants' skills and make recommendations regarding applicants' qualifications.

2) Maintain and update employee data, information and HR related documents.

3) Process monthly payroll and claims in accordance to Company's payroll processing cycle.

4) Manage employee feedback and grievances.

5) Administer and liaise with authorities for all HR related matters such as work pass application, labour surveys, worker levy matters, HR-related government grants and subsidies, employee personal taxation, student internship follow up and others.

6) Review and implement HR policies and procedures to meet Company's business goals and objectives.

7) Evaluate and arrange training for employee where necessary.

8) Assist finance department for data entry

9) Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1) Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.

2) Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field, with at least min. 2 years in specialized Human Resource capacity, executive role, and with basic accounting knowledge.

3) Mature, discreet, meticulous and organised individual who is self motivated and has a positive disposition.

4) Good command of English and proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese Associates.

5) A good communicator who has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

6) Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

7) Able to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary.

8) Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
