Job summary

A leading retail company is seeking a manager to spearhead the launch and management of outlets in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will establish supplier relationships, optimize product quality, manage the P&L, and handle staff training and motivation to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement. This role involves collaborating with headquarters for R&D and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the launch and management of the Singapore outlets and managing Malaysia outlet in KL.
  • Establish supplier relationships, optimizing product quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the wholesale team for franchise market set up, providing insights and data.
  • Partner with HK HQ for R&D for regional seasonal drinks across regions.
  • Implement streamlined SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage the P&L of the stores.
  • Plan events, budget, and coordinate to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Handle hiring with HR.
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to service and product quality standards.
  • Provide operational training across café staff.
  • Coach store in-charges to better manage their teams.
  • Motivate team members to achieve individual goals and improve KPIs.
  • Assist with store operations.
