Responsibilities

• Spearhead the launch and management of the Singapore outlets and managing Malaysia outlet in KL
• Established supplier relationships, optimising product quality and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborated with the wholesale team to support franchise market set up, providing insights and data
• Partnered with HK HQ to R&D for regional seasonal drinks across regions
• Implemented streamlined SOPs, improving operational efficiency
• Managing the P&L of the stores
• Event planning, event budgeting and coordination, increasing brand visibility and customer engagement
• Handling hiring with HR
• Regular audit and compliance check to ensure adherence to service & product quality standards
• Operational training across café staffs
• Coaching and grooming store in-charges to help them manage their team better
• Motivating all team members to achieve individual goals and obtain better KPI
