A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage annual HR cycles and benefits administration. Responsibilities include preparing HR reports, supporting employee benefits matters, and conducting salary benchmarking. This role is vital for maintaining compliance with local employment laws and ensuring a competitive compensation strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of annual HR cycles in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end C&B administration while ensuring compliance.
- Guide employees on benefits-related matters.
- Coordinate annual insurance renewals and prepare proposals.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys.
- Manage training registrations and claims.
- Ensure compensation practices align with internal equity standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of the annual HR cycles, including budgeting, performance bonus, salary review, long-term incentive plans, and benefits harmonisation for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and business planning.
- Manage end-to-end C&B administration (excluding payroll processing), including:
- Acting as the Benefits, Leaves and Travel & Reimbursement Administrator, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- Providing guidance to employees on benefits-related matters.
- Coordinating annual insurance renewals, preparing competitive proposals, and organising staff briefings with insurance partners.
- Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to support internal equity and competitiveness.
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys and generate ad-hoc reports on employment trends (e.g., salary expectation forecasts for the upcoming year).
- Managing training registrations, grant submissions and claims.
- Ensuring compensation practices align with internal equity standards and local legislation.
