• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify site hazards.
• Maintain records including logs and reports.
• Lead and organize forklift training programs.
• Prepare incident reports in accordance with regulations.
• Conduct fire emergency response drills.
• Ensure production facilities maintenance for smooth operations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure the plant complies with relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, guidelines and codes of practice
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards on site
• Maintain all safety records, including inspection logs, safety training records, incident reports and risk assessments
• Forklift training program and periodical training update for forklift drivers
• Lead HSE committee
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports to management and relevant authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Organize and conduct fire emergency response drills twice per year
• Production facilities maintenance and safety to ensure smooth operations.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
