Job description

Location: Queenstown
Salary: up to $2,580/month

No experience needed – full training provided!

Working Hours (2 Options)

Urgent Care Dept – Rotating Shifts

• AM: 7:30am – 3:30pm
• PM: 1:30pm – 9:30pm
• NIGHT: 9:00pm – 8:00am

Endoscopy Dept – Office Hours

• 8:00am – 5:30pm
• 8:30am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities – Urgent Care

• Ensure clinic readiness and smooth ops
• Accurate registration, discharge, cashiering & bookings
• Handle patient enquiries (incl. insurance info)
• Assist doctors/nurses
• Answer calls, emails, and admin duties

Key Responsibilities – Endoscopy Dept

• Schedule and manage OT & endoscopy listings
• Make reminder calls to patients
• Financial counselling & prep instructions
• Provide accurate surgery/procedure info
• Work with departments to ensure smooth patient journey
