Job Responsibilities

• To collaborate with Account Manager, Solution Consultant to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.

• To develop detailed plans on project scopes including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.

• To coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to datelines of the project milestones to ensure it is completed on time to meet contractual requirements.

• To oversee project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

• To monitor and control project expenses and resource utilization.

• To communicate project status, updates and attend project meetings with Clients.

• To collate project documentation to ensure it is complete, accurate and maintained through the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Proven 2 to 3 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in an IT System Integrator background.

• Good understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to interact effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

• Possess a proactive problem‑solving attitude, coupled with a robust background in IT project management skills to handle customer expectations and requirements.
