A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Perm HR Executive to manage the recruitment process and ensure compliance with HR regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR management and at least 3 years of experience. Key responsibilities include facilitating on-boarding, monitoring headcount changes, and reviewing HR policies. Candidates should possess strong people skills and be able to work independently. Manage manpower planning needs and work closely with line managers on the full recruitment process
Facilitate on-boarding of new employees
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and employment laws
Monitor headcount changes, compilation of HR report and periodic budget preparation & projection
Review and execution of HR policies and procedures
Maintain the employee’s database and achieve the target set for key HR indicators
Participate in projects as assigned
