Job summary

Manage manpower planning needs and work closely with line managers on the full recruitment process

Facilitate on-boarding of new employees

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and employment laws

Monitor headcount changes, compilation of HR report and periodic budget preparation & projection

Review and execution of HR policies and procedures

Maintain the employee’s database and achieve the target set for key HR indicators

Participate in projects as assigned

Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of related HR experience
  • Conversant with Employment Act and a good understanding of general HR practices
  • Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
  • Familiar with work pass requirement and application
  • A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently
