Responsibilities
- Work with our external social media agency to plan monthly content calendars for promotions, new launches, and lifestyle content that resonates with our brand.
- Create TikTok and short‑form video content that draws attention to our outlets and connects with the right audience.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain and update website content and ensure accurate publications.
- Engage with our community by replying to Google reviews, Instagram messages, and online enquiries.
- Manage and host KOLs / influencers, ensuring their content reflects the right brand message.
- Execute SEO & SEM strategies to improve search rankings and digital reach.
- Develop and improve advertising & communication channels for promotions, new menu items, and corporate event bookings, while tracking conversions.
- Lead and execute outlet anniversary events and activations (setup, special menu coordination, event operations).
- Work with our in‑house designer to produce collaterals for campaigns, events, and social media.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in F&B, lifestyle, or retail.
- Hands‑on skills in social media, TikTok content creation, and influencer/KOL management.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, digital ads, and campaign performance tracking.
- Strong project management skills; comfortable being PIC for events & activations.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work both independently and with external agencies.
- A team player who loves food and enjoys connecting with communities.
