A leading clinical services provider in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee and manage clinical services. The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree, strong project management abilities, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and developing new clinical initiatives. Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience will be preferred, although healthcare experience is advantageous.
Clinical Service Development
Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned clinical services.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary departments to ensure integrated, end-to-end service delivery and a positive patient experience across the continuum of care.
Plan and develop new clinical services as assigned, including:
Forecasting workload and service demand
Identifying and securing required resources and approvals
Managing project timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
Secure and manage budgets, monitor resource utilization, and oversee procurement of equipment and consumables to support clinic and/or ward operations.
Support department-wide initiatives that impact clinical operations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Communications) and external partners to facilitate initiative implementation and expansion.
Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO) and Head of Department (HOD).
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Positive, adaptable attitude with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferably 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or a related field (healthcare experience is an advantage but not required).
Familiarity with project management tools and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
