Job description

• Play a pivotal role in curating and coordinating captivating performances
• Manage a diverse team of performance artists
• Schedule artists, coordinate rehearsals, and oversee their performance schedules
• Train & guide the performing artists to improve on their performances
• Help plan and execute special performances for holidays, anniversaries, and other club events
• Maintain discipline of all artistes and ensure they maintain their professionalism
• Ensure safety of the crews on and off the stage and report any hazardous findings on stage and backstage
• Handle interpersonal conflicts between artists
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• Ensure the hospitality of the guest
• Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers
