Job description

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Video Editor who can transform creative concepts into scroll-stopping, conversion-driven ad videos.

You’ll be part of an agency team that thrives on speed, precision, and deep understanding of human behaviour — turning raw footage and storyboards into videos that trigger action, emotion, and measurable results.

This role is open to both on-site and remote team members, giving you flexibility in how you work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce short‑form ad videos (6s–60s) optimized for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube performance campaigns.
  • Understand and translate storyboards into final videos that bring out the customer’s best story, emotion, and brand message.
  • Storyboard and conceptualize ad ideas that align creative flow with marketing strategy and consumer psychology.
  • Apply performance insights (CTR, view retention, engagement metrics) to continuously refine video structure, hooks, pacing, and CTA delivery.
  • Integrate strong visual copywriting and motion graphics to enhance message clarity and emotional impact.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, copywriting, and performance teams to ensure each ad aligns with funnel goals and brand tone.
What You Bring
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Proven experience creating paid ad creatives (not just long‑form or cinematic edits).
  • Sharp understanding of human psychology in advertising — knowing what triggers attention, trust, and action in the first 3 seconds.
  • Ability to edit accurately to storyboards and bring concepts to life with emotional precision.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, ad performance data, and adapting creatives based on results.
  • Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight campaign deadlines.
Why This Role Matters

This role is the creative engine behind performance results.

Every cut, transition, or frame you edit directly impacts ad performance, lead quality, and ROI. You’re not just editing — you’re engineering attention and influence through visual storytelling.
