Job description
  1. Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive high-quality leads and measurable business results.

  2. Develop engaging, high-converting ad creatives in both static and video formats tailored to campaign objectives.

  3. Analyse campaign performance in detail and refine strategies to achieve or exceed KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

  4. Manage landing pages, tracking setups, tagging, and pixel implementation to ensure accurate data flow and campaign efficiency.

  5. Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, and landing pages to identify winning combinations and scale performance.

  6. Work closely with the content, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment between ads, funnel mechanics, and brand direction.

  7. Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking, and heatmaps to generate insights and improve funnel performance.

  8. Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and creative best practices to maintain strong platform competitiveness.
