This role requires an individual who is both analytical and creative, someone who can design high-performing ad creatives, manage campaign execution end-to-end, and continuously iterate based on performance data.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads, focused on driving revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Design and develop engaging, high-converting ad creatives both static and video formats for paid media campaigns, tailored to platform specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Manage Shopify backend elements that directly affect ad performance including landing pages, product visibility, tagging, and pixel setup.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, sales, and web teams to ensure alignment between ad campaigns and product/brand strategy.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, targeting, and landing pages to identify high-performing combinations.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking, and heatmaps to gather insights and improve funnel performance.
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends, creative best practices, and platform algorithm updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, preferably in a DTC e-commerce setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Shopify, with working knowledge of how product catalog, landing pages, and tracking setups impact ad performance.
  • Demonstrated design skills with the ability to produce original and effective ad creatives (both static and video). Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, Figma, or similar platforms is required.
  • Deep understanding of paid performance metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager).
  • Experience with end-to-end funnel optimisation and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with product feed optimisation and dynamic remarketing.
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, or other marketing channels is a plus.
  • Familiarity with copywriting best practices for paid ads.
