Looking for a performance marketing role where data, strategy, and scale truly matter? We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across key markets and digital channels in a fast-moving, highly competitive trading environment.

As part of the Marketing team, you will own the end‑to‑end performance marketing main strategy, working closely with internal stakeholders and external media partners to acquire, engage, and retain traders, while maximizing ROI and ensuring alignment with industry and compliance standards.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a critical role in translating business objectives into high‑impact, data‑driven paid media strategies across global markets.

Your Impact
  • Drive new client acquisition and active trader growth through paid digital channels.
  • Own and optimise always‑on and campaign‑based performance marketing initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Independently plan, build, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across key digital channels, including search, social, display.
  • Set and manage monthly and yearly performance KPIs for the marketing team.
  • Monitor campaign performance against all related metrics, not just leads.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, budget evaluations and optimisation planning.
  • Apply full‑funnel thinking, awareness to funded account to active trading, across omnichannel touchpoints.
  • Lead mmekọ A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve conversion efficiency.
  • Leverage analytics to generate insights from reports, available data and user behaviour.
  • Translate commercial and growth targets into clear, executable paid media KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Skills for Success
