Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Campaigns Director who will own the strategy, planning, and execution of high‑impact marketing campaigns aimed at driving new user acquisition, reactivating dormant users, and increasing platform engagement and user spending.

This role will require hands‑on, execution‑first operator who can develop and lead 1–2 targeted campaigns per quarter, driving measurable outcomes through both paid media and lifecycle‑driven user marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Design and implement data‑driven B2C campaigns that promote card issuance solutions and drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Lead campaign development across digital, social, partnerships, content, events, and influencer marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns align with business objectives, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Market & Consumer Insights
  • Leverage consumer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to shape campaign strategy.
  • Translate complex Web3 concepts into clear, consumer‑friendly narratives that build trust and adoption.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Growth, Compliance, and Business Development teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Work with creative team to ensure high‑quality execution.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Define campaign KPIs and establish frameworks for tracking performance and ROI.
  • Use analytics and market data to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with relevant experience in B2C Campaign marketing
  • Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale B2C campaigns within the Web3, blockchain, crypto, or fintech industry (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of digital and performance marketing, consumer lifecycle management, and brand strategy.
  • Experience engaging with both crypto‑native communities and mainstream consumer audiences.
  • Exceptional project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and performance measurement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage due to the need to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
