Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified PeopleSoft Administrator to ensure high availability, performance and security of its PeopleSoft environments. You will support applications, manage changes, and collaborate with diverse teams across IT and business units.

The role involves monitoring batch jobs, managing security, and coordinating with infrastructure, database, and development teams to deliver reliable ERP services and secure file transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in PeopleSoft administration or enterprise application support.
• Experience in PeopleSoft administration, application support, system monitoring, troubleshooting and environment management.
• Experience with People Tools administration, patching and migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain PeopleSoft environments including application servers, process schedulers, web servers.
• Perform routine health checks, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support migrations, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security administration.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Support deployment of PeopleSoft objects, patches, bundles, fixes, and change requests across environments.
• Monitor batch jobs, scheduled processes, integrations, and interfaces for successful completions.
