Responsibilities

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operations for HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their People Operations career, looking to gain broad exposure to the key functions of People Operations in a fast-growing, collaborative environment. You’ll support day-to-day People Operations activities and contribute to initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and office administration. Responsibilities include:

  • Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of key People processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and information in our HR systems.
  • Assist with benefits administration and help coordinate new and existing employee programs.
  • Help manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a great employee experience.
  • Support office operations including equipment and asset tracking, and liaising with vendors.
  • Assist in organizing company events, engagement initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Contribute to the review and upkeep of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and travel-related documentation for employees.
  • Take on ad‑hoc HR and office‑related tasks to keep the team and operations running smoothly.
