JOB DESCRIPTION

Our P&C Executive (Expat Management) will be integral in all aspects of an international assignment, including recruiting the overseas expatriate, caring for employees’ well‑being, relocation, immigration, international compensation review and a strong knowledge of Singapore labour law. A P&C executive is passionate, customer‑centric, meticulous and works harmoniously within the school community and a multicultural environment.

Senior P&C Executive will support in areas: HR administrative staff recruitment cycle, and provide supervision to the executives/assistants of the P&C Team. As this role focuses on expatriate management, the expectation is to work late evenings for interviews and virtual meetings with candidates. An exciting part of the Senior P&C Executive responsibilities includes supporting the Manager of People & Culture on academic staff expatriate payroll and insurance management.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Play a critical role in helping the school remain an employer of choice for academic and experienced expatriate hires.
  • End‑to‑end coordination of recruitment assignments, including administration of all in‑ and outsourced services throughout the life‑cycle of a recruitment, onboarding and relocation.
  • Proactively come up with new ideas and innovative approaches for continuous improvement in global mobility issues (repatriation and expatriation).
  • Prepare employment contracts and corresponding compensation packages.
  • Expatriates’ employee claims, welfare, benefits and salary compensation review, insurance and process.
  • Supervise and support the executives / assistants on any HR related matters.
  • Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership & P&C Manager.
  • Involvement in whole school events and activities as required.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • A relevant degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management.
  • At least 3‑5 years of relevant HR experience in expatriate management or analytics.
  • Experience in an international school environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment act and HR‑related government regulatory act.
  • Possess good IT skills and knowledge (e.g. Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Microsoft Office applications – v‑lookup, mail merge, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HRIS system – Engage, G‑Suite and SAP are a must.
  • Analyses data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
