Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in all aspects of Employee Relations such as employee engagement / communications / activities / benefits, etc.
  • Drive employee relations to increase efficiency and to boost morale
  • Administer P&C policies and procedures within the Hotel
  • Manage various colleagues' communication channels
  • Plan and organise activities and programs for colleagues' engagement
  • Ensure proper maintenance of colleagues’ facilities (E.g. locker room, colleagues' cafeteria, resting area, notice boards, etc.)
  • Benefits and claims administration
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity
  • Preferably with experience working in hotel or tourism industry
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Outgoing and people-oriented
  • Displays initiative and willing to learn
