Job summary

You will work closely with engineers and business stakeholders, applying ITIL, PMP, CISSP concepts, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure secure and reliable outcomes. You will contribute to pre-testing checks, scope alignment with firm policies, and ongoing process improvements to maximize service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP encouraged.
