RED ALPHA CYBERSECURITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Penetration Tester to perform deep security research across web, infrastructure, cloud, AI and mobile environments.

You will work with a small team in an international, highly technical setting and report to the Team Lead. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on testing experience, OSCP/CRT certification, and Singapore-based work authorization. Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in penetration testing and/or security research
• Deep expertise in web application testing or infrastructure/network testing, Windows and Linux internals
• OSCP or CREST CRT certification mandatory
• Based in Singapore with valid work authorization mandatory
• Experience using AI tools to support security testing or automation is a plus

Responsabilités

• Conduct penetration testing and security research across web apps, infrastructure, cloud, AI, mobile, and source code
• Own security reporting with final accuracy, root-cause analysis and business impact
• Present vulnerabilities and recommendations to clients and their tech teams
• Build internal security tools, automation, and workflows to improve depth and speed
• Contribute to red team and adversary emulation engagements
• Independently investigate unfamiliar technologies and attack surfaces
