Job Scope

• Responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Develop innovative solutions to meet business process and application requirements.
• Configure and customize Pega Cloud applications to align with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide support to end users.
• Collaborate with team members to design and build efficient and scalable applications.
• Expected to be an SME to collaborate and manage the team to perform and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.

Job Qualifications
