Job summary

The National University of Singapore invites applications for Research Assistant for the project "NeuroSCOPE: Neural Signatures of Cognitive Outcomes in Preterm Evaluation" in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Appointments will be made on a 2-year contract basis in the first instance, with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Prior exposure to human neuroimaging (MRI/fMRI) or developmental research preferred.
• Proficiency with data-entry platforms and statistics software (R, SPSS) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and screen potential participants and obtain informed consent/assent.
• Assist with MRI preparation, data acquisition, and quality assurance procedures.
• Enter and manage demographic, clinical, and assessment data in secure databases.
• Support image processing, preprocessing Pipelines, and basic statistical analyses.
