Job summary

A leading automotive firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to provide administrative support focusing on documentation management and operations coordination. The ideal applicant should have prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive or aftersales industry. Responsibilities include managing PDI-related paperwork, scheduling work to meet deadlines, and supporting the sales team with vehicle readiness updates. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary.

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative support experience, preferably in the automotive or aftersales industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturer safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail for complex filing systems and checklists.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain all PDI-related paperwork, including job cards and invoices.
  • Schedule and coordinate PDI work to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Record discrepancies found during inspections and follow up on repairs.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team regarding vehicle readiness.
