Job description

Job Title

• PCB Engineer/ Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Familiar with the working principles of electronic components (such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, IC chips, etc.).
• Ability to understand typical electronic circuits (including amplifier circuits, power circuits, analog-to-digital converter circuits, and more).
• Proficiency in using a soldering iron to perform tasks such as soldering components, boards, and repairs, following production standards.
• Experience in EMS industry is a plus.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing faulty PCBs to enable smooth production.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certificate in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields
• Experience in PCBA production, soldering, and repairs
• Familiar with electronic components and circuits
• Ability to proficiently handle a soldering iron
• Responsible, attentive to details, and adaptable to production schedules
• Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin, as coordination with team members in China is a key aspect of the role

• 了解典型电子电路（包括放大电路、电源电路、模数转换电路等）的结构与作用
• 熟练操作电烙铁进行焊接（包括焊接元器件、焊板、换件等工作），焊接工艺达到生产标准
• 有EMS行业PCBA生产、维修经历者优先
• 负责生产过程中发生异常时对电路板进行检测、故障定位与维修，确保生产正常进行

任职条件

• 电子技术、机电一体化等相关专业中专或大专学历
• 具備PCBA生产、焊接、维修工作经历
• 熟悉电子元器件，了解电子电路
• 熟練地操作电烙铁进行焊接
• 责任心强，工作细致，适应生产工作节奏
• 需能用普通话进行工作沟通，因为与中国团队成员协调是此职位的核心职责之一
