The role involves leading a payroll team, ensuring compliance with Singapore's laws, and improving payroll processes using SAP. Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience with payroll processes.
• A current Payroll practitioner with knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM, CPF, IRAS.
• Ability to motivate and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the payroll team and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Responsible for full spectrum payroll processing including CPF submissions and tax filing.
• Liaise with government authorities (CPF Board and IRAS) on payroll issues.
