A leading payroll service provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to handle timely processing of monthly payroll and ensure compliance with MOM regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of payroll experience, including 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, experience with payroll systems, and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success in this position. This role offers an opportunity to refine payroll processes and support the HR team.
Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and statutory submissions (CPF, SDL, IRAS, NS, MOM reporting)
Handle payroll-related matters including overtime, allowances, commissions, bonuses, and deductions
Prepare IR8A, IR21, IR8S and annual payroll reporting
Maintain payroll records, employee data, and confidentiality of payroll information
Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll queries promptly
Work closely with HR on new hires, resignations, confirmations, promotions, and salary changes
Liaise with external payroll vendors, auditors, and government authorities when required
Review and improve payroll processes, controls, and SOPs
Support audits and management reporting as required
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF, MOM, and IRAS regulations
Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Times Payroll or similar)
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines and handle sensitive information professionally
Prior experience in retail, service, or F&B industries will be considered favorably.
