Job Scope
- Payroll Administration
 Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees.
 Handle overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, etc.).
 Maintain payroll records, reconcile payroll-related accounts, and respond to employee payroll queries.
 Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and statutory requirements.
- HRIS Management
 Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS system.
 Generate HRIS reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decisions.
 Support HR system upgrades/enhancements while ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity.
- Leave & Attendance Management
 Track and process leave applications, attendance, and time-off balances.
 Ensure HRIS reflects accurate and updated leave/attendance data.
- Compliance & Reporting
 Assist in statutory filings such as CPF, IR8A, and other regulatory submissions.
 Prepare HR and payroll-related reports for management and audits.
- Ad-hoc HR Support
 Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
 Support HR operations, audits, and cross-department collaborations (e.g., finance for payroll reconciliation).
- Process Improvement
 Review and improve payroll and HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
 Document workflows, SOPs, and best practices for payroll and HRIS.
Job Requirements
