Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage the payroll process from start to finish. This role involves ensuring accurate payroll processing and required documentation while maintaining compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Human Resources or Accounting and have at least two years of payroll processing experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing MNC.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and processes.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary payroll information.
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in other HR administrative tasks as required.
