Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll for 300 employees twice a month, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Calculate and process salary adjustments, overtime, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Review and validate time‑keeping records for accuracy.
  • Input and update employee information in the payroll system.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on payroll tax regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit payroll‑related tax filings and reports.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and taxes.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports for management.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts in a timely manner.
Your Key Duties Will Include

Working Hours

9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
