Job description

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with payroll preparation and processing, including validating attendance records, overtime payments, resignations, and other related tasks.
  • Ensure the accurate calculation and execution of payroll.
  • Review and process invoices received from outsourced service providers.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related issues.
  • Support daily HR and administrative operations and responsibilities.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department.
  • Submit and track statutory claims such as NS make-up pay and government-paid leave.
  • Prepare and generate reports related to payroll activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local statutory and audit requirements.
