Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Business and Solution Analyst for banking IT systems including payment engines and cash management. You will own feature development lifecycle, engage stakeholders, and ensure thorough requirements and test coverage.

Responsibilities include design and configuration in Global PayPlus, end-to-end testing, and production handover. Strong documentation, ISO 20022/SWIFT knowledge and Agile/Scrum skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business/solution analysis in banking IT systems with cash management and payments knowledge.
• Experience with GPP payment engine (v4.6.24+) and payment file formats ISO 20022/SWIFT.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end feature development lifecycle and delivery.
• Lead as feature owner: analysis, estimation, stakeholder engagement, baseline establishment.
• Design, configure and implement rules in GPP; provide detailed WBS estimates.
• Support test automation and ensure acceptance criteria with data.
• Validate development and automation results with product owner sign-off.
• Coordinate UAT handover with evidence of end-to-end testing and production delivery.
• Maintain and support cash management and reporting applications for stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; apply Agile/Scrum to deliver projects.
