Job summary

A healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a committed individual for front-line patient services. You will assist with patient registration, manage appointments, and provide financial counselling. Ideal candidates should have relevant diplomas and prior experience in customer service. A pleasant personality and proficiency in data systems are essential. Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC/O levels are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in frontline customer service and/or knowledge of hospital operations is preferred.
  • Proficient in IT data/information systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent front-line services to patients for admission.
  • Assist in the registration of patients and maintain accurate records in the database.
  • Handle enquiries on patient admissions and schedule appointments.
