Job description

Working location: Islandwide Parkway Shenton clinics
Working hrs: 44hrs/ week including weekends and PH. No overnight shift

Key accountabilities
  • Perform frontline operations that include registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication and cashier duties.
  • Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.
  • Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients.
  • Support doctors in language translation when needed.
  • Proper maintenance of patients’ records and keeping count of drug inventory.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.
  • Strict adherence to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.
  • Responsible for daily operations matters and it includes collating & compiling patient management indicators.
  • Support in the submission of medical reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave).
  • Assist in coverage of other facilities when required due to lack of manpower.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels, Diploma Holders preferred.
  • Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy.
  • Detail and service-oriented.
  • Able to work 44 hours (5.5 days) a week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to travel down to various clinics across Singapore.
  • Comfortable with working independently or in a team with a fast-paced environment.
  • Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in working with diverse groups of professionals/personnel.
  • The ability to speak in multiple languages is an added advantage.
