Work Hours:
Mon to Sun 5 days' work week including PH
Rotating Shifts including overnight shifts

Responsibilities:

Ensure operational readiness of the department, including cleanliness and adequate stationery supplies.

Register patients and update next-of-kin contact details accurately.

Attend to patient enquiries and provide timely assistance.

Support admission processes including financial counselling and monitoring bed requests.

Manage patient discharge and transfer procedures, including system updates, appointment scheduling, and payment collection.

Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring data privacy and security.

Promote and assist with the use of self-help kiosks for registration.

Provide administrative support for daily operations and departmental events.

Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and prepare necessary documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification or equivalent.

Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.

Must be open to work on rotating shifts (3 shifts).

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an added advantage.
