Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt and excellent frontline services with care, empathy and professionalism
  • Handle patient registration, payment collection and bill enquiries
  • Provide financial counselling to help patients and next-of-kin make informed decisions through sharing of inpatient bill estimates, available payment modes and financial assistance
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate admission and financial counselling processes for seamless patient experience
  • Support in administrative and logistical tasks, with opportunities to be involved in improvement initiatives that contribute towards the transformation of overall healthcare financing journey
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline/ GCE 'A'/'O' Level /Higher NITEC / NITEC in any disciplines
  • Frontline / customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in computer application i.e. MS Office
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced,dynamic environment
  • An adaptable team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
