Patient Service Associate (Antenatal Diagnostic Centre)

KK Women and Children’s Hospital – Rochor

The PSA provides patient related services and performs simple nursing tasks to assist the staff in meeting the needs of the patients in the clinics. You will perform counter and support duties:

• Registration and billing of patients
• Attend to patients’/public enquiries
• Perform routine procedures e.g. taking of height and weight of patient
• Assists doctor in the ultrasound room, key ultrasound data into the computer and print the report.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the ultrasound room, equipment and sterilization of the transducers.
• Provides excellent customer services to meet patient needs and expectation.

Job requirement

GCE N/O/A with 2 years’ experience.

Have customer focus mindset.

Able to communicate effectively and appropriately.
