Responsibilities

  • Manage patient data and verify information for telemedicine visits.
  • Pack and dispense medications prescribed during online consultations.
  • Ensure compliance with PDPA regulations.
  • Ensure accurate medication packing.
  • Coordinate with operations team and delivery partners for timely medication delivery.
  • Process insurance information and handle payments.
  • Perform timely billing in the clinic systems and insurance portals.
  • Assist in responding professionally to doctors and patients’ queries.
  • Assist in inventory management for clinic supplies and medications.
  • Support the Team Lead in operational tasks and inventory management.

Day Shift: 07:45 – 17:45 hrs

Night Shift: 12:30 – 22:30 hrs

Timings are rostered, but 44h per week Mon to Sun (staggered. e.g. 8/815/830 start each shift is 9 hours)
