Job summary

A leading dermatological center in Singapore is seeking a candidate to oversee the clinic counter operations and assist patients with queries and registrations. The ideal applicant will have a GCE 'N' Level or above and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. The role involves managing patient appointments and assisting with financial counselling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter.
  • Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications.
  • Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately.
  • Makes appointments for follow-up patients.
  • Assists patient with Medisave application / financial counselling.
  • Assist with doctors' requests relating to patients' management.
  • Preparation of consultation rooms.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive.
