Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for an Associate Executive for the Patient Management Information Services team. This role involves enhancing patient information quality, data analysis of potential duplicates, and coordinating data merges across institutions. Candidates should have a diploma with relevant experience or equivalent qualifications, possess interpersonal skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
• Meticulous, analytical, proactive and enjoys problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data analysis of potential patient master duplicates.
• Make merge decisions and perform system mergers.
• Manage and resolve data discrepancies during the merge process.
