Job description

Responsibilities

• Provides information and/or direction upon enquiries from members of the public.
• Reception of patients from ambulance, private transport and walk-in patients.
• Send patients on wheelchair or trolley to their destination when necessary.
• Assists patients on and off wheelchair and trolley with care.
• Assists in serving drinks and diet to patients.
• Updates patients and next-of-kin on waiting time for consultation.
• Issues pagers to next-of-kin.
• Assists patients at self-registration kiosk at ED.
