Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for assisting in day to day operations such as:

• Reception duties including registration/screening of patients, preparation and dispensing of medications and collection of payment.
• Assist the doctor in medical and/or aesthetic procedures
• Answer inquiries from patients and others in-person or via phone calls, WhatsApp and emails while rendering excellent patient care and customer service.
• Work in a team with the rest of the staff to ensure that the clinic environment is clean and welcoming for patients
• Administrative duties such as claims submissions and documentations to ensure clean and accurate records

Requirements

• Comfortable with technology, computer applications and modern software
• Applicants with phlebotomy skills, wound management experience, clinical aesthetics experience and/or nursing certification will have an added advantage
• Able to work 5.5 days / 44 hours per week (Sunday off)
