A leading bakery café in Singapore is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join the kitchen team. This hands-on role involves preparing and finishing cakes and pastries with strict adherence to recipes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in pastry, attention to detail, and basic food hygiene knowledge. This position requires teamwork and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Orchard
Working hours: Shift work between 08:00-23:00 (5-day work week)
Our client, a Japanese company, is opening a new bakery café in Singapore and is looking for a skilled Pastry Chef (Patissier) to join the kitchen team.
This is a hands-on role focused on preparing and finishing cakes and pastries, strictly following the recipes provided by the head office in Japan.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to maintaining high product standards, and comfortable working in a structured, recipe-driven environment. While this position isn’t managerial or creative, it’s important that the candidate can work independently, manage their time well, and consistently produce high-quality pastry items.
