  • Lead the creation and production of baked goods, develop seasonal menus, and ensure alignment with franchise standards while maintaining consistency in flavour, texture, and presentation.
  • Oversee all baking processes from mixing to baking, conduct daily quality checks, and continuously improve recipes, techniques, and production efficiency.
  • Manage food costs, labour budgets, pricing strategies, supplier relationships, ordering, and inventory to ensure profitability and freshness.
  • Enhance customer experience through high-quality products, visual appeal, and responsive interaction when addressing feedback or showcasing offerings.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule the bakery team while fostering a positive work culture and collaborating with management on product launches and marketing initiatives.
Requirement:
  • At least 5 years bakery or pastry experience, including 3 years in a leadership role, with strong artisanal baking skills.
  • Able to manage baking schedules, lead and train a team, and maintain high quality and consistency.
  • Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
