The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of pastry experience, including 3 in a managerial role, and a passion for chocolate. This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability.

• Minimum 7 years' experience in Pastry, with 3 years in a managerial position.
• Must be Singaporean and able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Job Description

• Create seasonal menus for desserts and retail products, centered on chocolate.
• Lead and inspire the kitchen team.
• Build a strong culture of creativity and consistency.
• Drive R&D for new chocolate ideas and flavors.
• Oversee kitchen operations, costing, and workflow.
• Work with brand and front-of-house teams to tell stories through food.
• Guide and mentor junior pastry and chocolate chefs.
• Showcase the excellence of Asian cacao through your creations.

Requirements

• Min. 7 years' experience in Pastry, 3 years of managerial experience
• Singaporean only
• Able to commit work on weekends / PHs
